In today’s time, cancer is counted as a serious disease and It takes both men and women in its grip. However, according to The World Health Organization (WHO), breast cancer is the most common cancer that women have. Statistics show that breast cancer is about 2% worldwide every year. It affects 1 million women. According to the WHO, the number of women who died of breast cancer in 2018 alone was 62,700. This is about 15 percent of cancer deaths among the female population.

Breast cancer is a condition when breast cells divide due to changes in certain genes and begin to grow and spread uncontrollably. And generally, cancer is formed in the breast milk-producing glands (lobules) or tract (ducts), which transports milk from the glands to the nipple. Fatty or breast fibrous connective tissue can also be hotspots for cancer cells. However, in some cases, cancer cells can reach the lymph nodes under your arms and spread to different parts of the body. Today we are going to tell you how you can avoid breast cancer.

How to prevent breast cancer –

The first thing to do is to control the weight. This can prevent breast cancer. Women between the ages of 30-35 should keep their weight balanced.

    * According to the Harvard Nurses’ Health Study, consuming more alcohol or smoking increases the risk of breast cancer. Avoid them because of this. If you are addicted to drinking alcohol, then control this habit of yours gradually.

    * Keep in mind that regular exercise or physical activity should be done. Breast cancer can also be controlled. Keep in mind that you must exercise at a time in the day, that is, in the morning or in the evening.

    * You should prioritise yoga and meditation in your lifestyle. In fact, doing yoga and meditation reduces the risk of breast cancer.

    * Women should also keep their diet balanced. Include as many fruits and vegetables as possible in your diet and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to keep yourself hydrated.
